Hello Karl,

Thank you for your posting! What is the logical sector size on the disk? Acronis Disk Director only supports disks with 512 bytes logical sector size. If the logical sector size is 512 and connecting the drive via a USB port directly also doesn't help, I'd recommend raising a support ticket, so that our engineers can investigate the issue and find the root cause of why the drive is not recognized.

Mac os mkv. Thank you for your reaction on my issue.

Logical sector size indeed exeeds 512 Bytes (my disk has 4096 Bytes per sector). It is a pity, that a famous program like Acronis Disk Director cannot support this.
